My daughter and I were in the store the other day and she found a $20 gift card at the bottom of the cart. We showed it to the clerk at the register and he told us it wasn't activated yet and that we would need to wait 24 hours before we could use it. He didn't tell us it wasn't ours and he didn't accuse us of stealing. However when we returned a few days later the clerk at the registered started calling us thieves that we were stealing someone else's money and took the card from us. I found this very offensive and rude and we left. For this reason I shall not be returning to this store. If there was a problem with using the gift card that we had found she could have spoke to us in a professional manner instead of humiliating me and my daughter and accusing us of being thieves.

Nice store with discounted items. Some good deals if you look around.

The past three encounters I’ve had going there. I dealt with one of the most rude cashiers I have ever dealt with. Ringing up the same item twice on the same order and if I didn’t check the receipt would’ve been out almost $20. And the attitude of this cashier named Merry was absolutely uncalled for. If you do not like your job, find somewhere else to be. She was even rude to her coworkers while we were there. Other than that, the store itself was great.

I would love to say that I was in your store last night and first. Your cashier was so pleasant, and it was late. It was closing time, you know, I know that they'd like to go home and she just was the most patient, wonderful cashier. I've seen this year. I just don't know her name and would love to give her some incredible accolades. She was really fabulous and helped me with some different things. Also, there was another person that worked there that went after you were closed, checked on some shoes for me and wasc really fantastic honestly, you don't find help like this today. And your deals are really good TOO . And I thank you for being here in Schenectady.
